We have been working with Dogs Like Ed for the past 3 weeks and it has surpassed all of our expectations. We adopted our Great Dane, Lily, half a year ago and wanted to help build her confidence while also working on general manners in public. All the goals that we had set for Lily had been reached early on to her training with Trenton, from Dogs like Ed. We have been able to set new goals and by the end of the week they are achieved. Initially we wanted to be able to walk her comfortably and have her in public spaces without being overwhelmed. Not only is she confident and walking great on-leash, but she is now working extremely well off-leash. We are also impressed by the trust that Trenton and Chloe were able to build with Lily. We rescued Lily when she was 1.5 years old. A couple months prior to Lily working with Dogs Like Ed, I had taken her to the vet to get her nails trimmed. It took 3 vet techs and me holding her so that we could attempt to trim her nails. Lily struggled with allowing people to touch her paws. On day 3 of Lily staying with Chloe and Trenton, we received a video of Lily sitting calm allowing Chloe to trim her nails. Trenton and Chloe also do a terrific job caring and loving your dog. Lily gets excited every time she sees them. Through out the entire process we have been getting updates that include, photos and videos detailing what our Lily has been doing. The knowledge and expertise that they have has made my wife and I extremely comfortable knowing Lily is in good hands while she is with them. We could not be happier with our decision to send Lily to Dogs Like Ed. I will be sending Lily to Trenton in the future for our day care and boarding needs. I absolutely recommend Dogs Like Ed!

I can't recommend Dogs Like Ed LLC enough. We waited until our dog, Finn, was a year old before starting training. We thought we could work through behaviors like jumping on guests, pulling on walks, and other everyday issues on our own—but we just weren't making the progress we hoped for. After hearing so many amazing things about Dogs Like Ed, we decided to enroll in their six-week in-home training program, and it was one of the best decisions we've made. Trenton was absolutely fantastic. Each week, he came to our home and thoroughly worked through new training skills with us, making sure we understood not only what to do, but why it worked. Every session came with easy-to-follow reference sheets and homework that helped us stay consistent between visits. He also checked in throughout the week, was always available to answer questions, and helped us practice real-life situations so we felt confident handling them on our own. The transformation in Finn has been incredible. Our family and friends still can't believe he's the same dog. We're so much less stressed when people come over, walks are enjoyable, and daily life with Finn is simply more fun. Instead of constantly correcting behaviors, we get to enjoy the sweet dog we always knew he was. We've had other dogs in our family over the years, and I've never seen results like this from a training program. The investment was worth every penny, and we're so grateful to Trenton and Dogs Like Ed for giving us the tools to build a happier, more enjoyable relationship with Finn. Rescuing an 8-month old mini Aussie doodle is not for the faint of heart. Freddy came into our home by chance, but we knew we wanted to give him all the love and the best life possible. Fred had been though the ringer with being bounced around and had little to no stability, paired with a lot of brains, energy, and so much love.
